Requirements:

The client required durable steel billboard structures capable of withstanding long-term outdoor exposure in a heavy corrosion environment. The design needed excellent anti-corrosion performance, stable support columns, and a structure made entirely of angle steel, suitable for mass production and future expansion.

Solution:

Liyou supplied hot-dip galvanized angle steel billboard structures to maximize corrosion resistance and service life outdoors. Compared with conventional paint coating, hot-dip galvanizing provides an estimated durability of 30–50 years, significantly reducing maintenance and lifecycle costs. The structural engineering also considered wind load and stability requirements for exposed installation areas. Prefabricated manufacturing and fast on-site assembly enabled efficient construction, with each unit completed in approximately 18 days. Based on initial performance and durability, the client plans to proceed with an additional batch of 10 sets.
