FAQ

  • Q 1. What types of steel structures do you manufacture?

A We specialize in manufacturing a wide range of steel structures, including portal/ridge frames, industrial workshops, warehouses, mezzanines, steel trusses, and custom structural components according to client drawings.
  • Q 2. Can you produce according to our design and specifications?

A Yes, we can fabricate steel structures strictly based on your drawings and technical requirements. We also provide detailing support and can offer suggestions to optimize your design.
  • Q 3. What certifications or quality standards do you follow?

A Our manufacturing processes comply with international standards such as ISO 9001 and, depending on client requirements, SGS, TUV, ISO 3834 or CE standards. We provide full material traceability and quality inspection reports.
  • Q 4. What is the typical lead time for production and delivery?

A Lead time depends on the size and complexity of the project. Typically, small to medium projects take 2–4 weeks, while larger or customized projects may take 6–8 weeks. We provide a detailed schedule after order confirmation.
  • Q 5. Do you provide installation services or technical support on-site?

A Yes, we offer on-site installation guidance, and we can dispatch technicians or partner with local erection teams if required. We also provide detailed installation drawings and manuals for your convenience.
  • Q 6. Do your steel structures consider wind and snow loads in the design?

A Yes, all our structural designs take into account the local environmental conditions, including wind loads, snow loads, seismic activity, and other relevant factors. We design according to international GB standards and can customize the structure based on the project’s location and required safety factors.
  • Q What should you provide in your inquiry?

A If you have your drawing or sketches, please send them to us and tell us the materials you want to use. While if you do not have the drawings, inform us of more data about the steel building you need, like the building's total area, detail dimension, how many floors, roof load, wind load, etc., from all of your requests. If you can make a hand draft, that would be greatly helpful for us to get your idea.
  • Q What accessories do we provide for customized steel buildings?

A Along with the wall and roof insulation systems, we also offer skylights, commercial-grade ventilation devices such as roof turbine vents and wall louvre vents, rolling doors, and double sliding doors.
  • Q Can the steel building be installed by yourself?

A Certainly, you can. The construction is a simple bolt-together process, which is easy if you have the needed access equipment. Every steel building we make comes with bolts, screws, downspouts, gutters, flashing and clear instructions to show you where everything is to be installed. And we will provide the installation drawing to you for reference.
  • Q How hard is it to put up a steel building?

A One thing is sure – erecting a steel building, even doing it yourself, is faster than building a traditional concrete structure. It's up to you. If your steel building project doesn't require much customizing, the erection process will be faster.
  • Q What should be prepared for the site before installation?

A You will need concrete piers for the columns to sit upon. Most people pour a full foundation, but a pier system may be preferable if your steel building is on a farm or ranch and there will be dirt, gravel, or sawdust on floors. In these situations, the popular option is to combine piers with a concrete footing around the perimeter of the building.
  • Q Do we have a recommended foundation and associated drawing?

A Yes, we will provide the foundation and installation drawings for you after shipment. But the foundation drawing is just for reference because the land and the soil are different in different countries.
  • Q Can the brick wall be added to the steel building?

A Yes, you can. For combined durability and beauty, there is nothing like adding brick finishes to the walls of your steel building. There are many benefits of a hard wall, such as fire resistance, along with the moisture resistance of a cavity wall.
  • Q Why does wind speed affect prices?

A We design wind speed for most steel structure buildings about 110km/h. But for some strong-wind countries, 110km/h is not enough. For example, the Philippines and Mauritius have wind speeds of 150~280km/h, so the beam and column need to be enlarged.
