How to Install a Safer and More Solid Prefabricated House?



Fire Resistance


The fire separation distance should meet the design and specification requirements, and the fire passage should be free of blockage. The configuration of fire hydrants and fire extinguishers should meet the design requirements, and the layout must be reasonable. The oxygen index of the metal sandwich panel shall not be less than 32. Wooden floors and other combustible materials are better to be fireproof.



Stability

The panels of the prefabricated house need to be installed stably. The cornice should be straight, and the overlapping direction of the panels must be correct and consistent.



Lightning Protection

The grounding setting of lightning protection must meet the requirements of the design specification, and the grounding resistance should be qualified.



Anti-corrosion

Steel parts should be coated with good-quality pain to prevent rust, and the exposed bolts should also be appropriately protected. The anti-corrosion measures in a strong corrosive environment should meet the design requirements. The surrounding area of the prefab house should be emptied without water, and no debris is allowed either.



Electrical Configuration of the Circuit

The electrical wiring in the prefab house shall be covered with PVC pipes or slots and appears neat and beautiful. In addition, the electrical configuration must meet the design requirements without insulation aging and extension of the service life.



Parts & Accessories

The cabinet, roof, and wall panels of the prefab house should be free of obvious deformation and damage. Other parts like fixing bolts, waterproof washers, metal washers, nylon sleeves must be 100% complete. The sealant has to work well to ensure a reliable connection between the parts.





Wall Panel

The connected wall panels should be installed correctly with a flat surface. There must be the slot between the upper and lower lap joints. The outer panels are lapped downwards, and the lap length is supposed to be less than 15mm.
