The project marks a significant achievement in Liyou's ongoing expansion into the Southeast Asian market.

The client, a local manufacturing company, required a high-strength, multi-functional building to accommodate heavy production equipment and optimize workflow efficiency. Liyou provided a complete design-to-installation solution, including structural engineering, prefabrication, and overseas technical guidance.

The four-storey steel factory, covering over 12,000 square meters, adopts a steel frame + composite deck floor system, providing superior load-bearing capacity and flexible interior layouts. Advanced anti-corrosion treatment and energy-saving roof insulation were applied to meet Thailand's tropical climate conditions.
