This case highlights the loading and container packing process for a batch of sandwich panels prepared for overseas shipment. The order includes wall and roof panels with different thickness specifications, all designed for insulation, fire resistance, and long-term durability.

Before packing, each sandwich panel was inspected for surface quality, protective film integrity, and proper labeling. To prevent transit damage, the panels were stacked in bundles, wrapped securely, and reinforced with corner protection. Our logistics team arranged the loading sequence to ensure stable weight distribution and to maximize container space.

The bundles were carefully lifted into the container using forklifts, ensuring no panel bending or edge impact during handling. After loading, the panels were strapped and fixed in place to avoid movement during sea transportation.

With the container sealed and documented, the shipment is now en route to the client's project site, ready for installation upon arrival.
