Liyou Delivers Key Steel Components for a Steel-Concrete Composite Bridge Project

Liyou Steel Structure, a professional manufacturer of industrial and infrastructure steel structures, has successfully fabricated and delivered large-scale components for a steel-concrete composite bridge project. The project once again demonstrates Liyou's advanced engineering capabilities and precision manufacturing in the field of complex bridge structures.

The bridge adopts a steel-concrete composite structure, combining high-strength steel girders with a reinforced concrete deck to ensure optimal load-bearing performance and long-term durability. Among all fabricated components, the largest steel beam section measured 2.4 meters in height, and after welding the stud connectors on top, the total height reached approximately 2.6 meters.

These massive components required high-precision welding, strict dimensional control, and advanced surface treatment to meet both structural and safety standards. Liyou's experienced engineering team conducted detailed finite element analysis (FEA) and fabrication planning to ensure perfect assembly alignment on-site.

The surface was coated with anti-corrosion primer and high-durability finish paint, ensuring reliable performance even under harsh environmental conditions.

The completed bridge components have been successfully delivered and installed, providing strong structural support for the new multi-span composite bridge, which will serve as an important transportation link in the region.
