Steel Structure Loading & Container Packing with Steel Ladder Components

This case highlights the loading and container packing process for a recent shipment of steel structure materials, including beams, columns, purlins, and customized steel ladder components. All items were prepared for overseas transportation with strict attention to safety and accuracy.

 

Before loading, each steel member—especially the prefabricated steel ladders and connection parts—was protected with anti-rust treatment and properly labeled. Our logistics team planned the stacking sequence to maximize container capacity while keeping the structure stable during transport. Heavy sections were positioned at the bottom, while lighter materials and the steel ladders were arranged on top to maintain balanced weight distribution.

 

Throughout the process, every component was verified against the packing list to ensure completeness. This careful handling minimizes installation delays once the shipment arrives at the client's project site.

 

The containers have now been sealed and dispatched, equipped with all structural materials and steel ladders required for a smooth on-site assembly process.
